A: YES,We'll be free to help with you design based on your 3D/Sample
Q2: What type of process do you use on mould surface?
A:1) Mirror polish;2) Mould texture; 3)Polishing treatment on the core and cavity.
Q3: What is your payment term?
A:T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal are accepted. For bulk production:30% deposit pay before mass production, and 70% pay before shipment.
Q4: If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A:1. If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton.
2. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container.
